一个多星期前, 偶曾买了两只雏鸡,那天一只做了辣子鸡, 另一只留着想做汽锅鸡, 但后来我答应给Y解谗, 改成三杯鸡, 所以今天傍晚特意专程去中国城买"九层塔"与那只小鸡一道做成了"三杯鸡", 真香, 哈哈...具体做法: 嫩鸡一只, 剁成小块与切好的葱僵一起放入锅中, 待鸡块本身的油耗尽, 呈焦黄时, 添入一杯"二锅头", 约一分钟后, 再加入一杯酱油添色彩, 最后将一杯麻油和主要的调料品"九层塔"及香姑和笋片添入大火2-3分钟出锅即可.
