今日晚饭偶先在华埠勿街的德昌总店买了一份炸好的猪排, 然后又在附近的菜摊买了芹菜和袋装真空鲜百和, 回家后, 先将烤箱设定在450度预热, 而后给百和开包, 并去根和剔出干瘪的花蕊, 然后分瓣并用凉水浸泡待用, 这时可将已熟的猪排放入烤箱烘烤, 然后清洗芹菜, 并切成丝后放入油锅中爆炒, 然后再将烤箱中的猪排翻个面, 而后再去将泡着百合的悬浮物清清倒掉, 用水再冲一到两遍百合后添入芹菜中一起在炒上1-2分钟即可. 最后取出猪排, 开瓶Merlot, 嗯...比外面吃喝爽快自在...
