清蒸鲈鱼

具体做法: 鲈鱼一条, 我喜欢清蒸一磅左右的鲈鱼, 所以, 我之前提到的那条大鲈鱼, 我嫌它太老了, 蒸不透没敢买, 呵呵...说回正题, 先将洗干净的鲈鱼肚子里塞上几块姜片, 而后再往鱼身上洒些料酒, 然后放入锅中蒸7-8分钟即可达到鱼肉脱骨的嫩劲, 最后再将事先准备好的调料浇上即可食用. 调料可先炒葱油后倒入含有酱油的碗中,也可将滚汤的油倒入酱油泡着葱的碗里. 哦...也可用微波炉热鲈鱼, 无论用哪种做法, 鱼肉不脱骨就是没到火候.
