具体做法:鹌鹑虽小, 但也是五藏具全, 所以清洗时, 要"洗劫一空". 然后找个地方吊起来空水, 借机煮些鹌鹑蛋剥好皮待用, 这时可用锅热油, 并放些糖在油中, 看到锅中的糖化了, 并冒泡后将晾好的鹌鹑放入锅中换着面的炸半分钟, 而后往粘满糖的鹌鹑身上浇适当的酱油着色, 这时候可倒入罐装高汤, 姜和葱. 哦...剥好皮的鹌鹑蛋也一同添进去, 待锅中的汤开后小火45分钟即可象上面的像片中一样, 视频在这里.
