我以前做的那盘"油爆虾", 在下油锅前没有给虾做手术, 也就是剔肠刮肚, 所以被挑毛病了, 今天特意再做一次, 但又忘了剪掉虾胡子了, 呵呵...

我这里买不到偶在上海时常吃的那种小虾米,所以只好用这种养植虾一解乡愁了.
