清蒸蚌

还记得葱油蚌吗? 今日换个吃法, 改清蒸了, 其实是换汤不换药, 呵呵...具体地说:先往油锅中(奶油+橄榄油)添入葱蒜等调味品, 中火5分钟后将洗刷干净的蚌放入, (哦...上回忘了提醒大家, 清洗蚌时, 一定将显露在蚌壳外的海草拔掉, 否则吃时会咬着草.)然后用铲子搅匀, 再放入料酒和鸡汤(可用罐装的), 待开锅后10分中撒些香菜和柠檬汁即可出锅炉.(如图)
