自从发现意式香肠的妙用后, 但凡想吃肉馅的食品我就不在自己和馅了, 象油面筋中塞的肉馅也可以用意式香肠替代, 具体地说:原料有意式香肠, 油面筋及大白菜和罐装鸡汤即可,如图 然后将香肠中的肉馅逐个挤入油面筋中, 而后用鸡汤熬白菜, 待水开后下入塞满香肠馅的油面筋中火正反两面蒸十分钟左右即可.

我还没用它做过丸子汤呢,不过在朋友家喝过含有整棵香肠的海鲜汤,蛮好吃的.
