今天是元宵节, 偶原计划烤个羊排, 然后自己弄几个汤圆过节, 因为不想吃冷冰冰的元宵妨碍食欲, 但事与愿违, 烤羊排是偶的家常便饭,(如图), 片片带血丝,一点讪味都没有, 但自己做汤圆有点为难, 因为从来没做过, 不过还是不甘心, 买来糯米面粉, 并用草酶酱当馅, 采用干粉摇法, 并用"簸萁"代替 笸箩, 开玩笑, 其实用的是锅盖, 结果晃出一堆"面疙瘩", 呵呵...好在我早有自知之明, 备有冷冻汤圆, 热了后, 圆圆满满过完了年(如图), 呵呵...(羊排烤法在这里)
