我在一帆风顺中的右上角, 贴了一张船员摘米的像片, 现在再来秀大家那位老船员是如何做出一锅香喷喷的米饭来的, 其实是先炒后焖的. 具体地说: 他先用油炒生米饭, 其中还添加些香料入锅, 而后再添加适当的水入锅, 大火烧开后, 再用小火将水焖干即可.嗯...有空我要尝试一下这种炒法, 偶目前的炒法刚好与其相反, 而且还是隔夜的剩米饭, 呵呵...
