还记得我在罗马尼亚假日中提到的风味小吃kurtos Kalacs吗? 也就是欧式风味的甜甜圈(DONUTS), 无独有偶, 今天下午茶时, 在一家甜点店的门前看到一个篮子里摆放着大小不一的kurtos Kalacs, (如图)而且上面还沾着不同的果仁, 但却注名是匈牙利特产, 嗯...出于好奇, 偶进点去问究竟, 得到的答复是匈牙利也流行这种小吃, 但不知谁才是正宗的, 看来还有待考证, 呵呵...
