日本公司允许失恋的员工"代薪休假止痛"

而且年龄越大代薪疗养的日子越长, 呵呵...据报道:东京的一家公司近来推出一项职工福利, 将失恋与生病划等号, 具体地说:24岁以下的员工失恋后, 每年可享受一天的"代薪止痛", 25-29岁每年可享受二天, 再老点的3天, 男女平等, 呵呵...另外, 这家公司的员工每年还有两次, 每次两个上午的"购物"假, 当然也是代薪的哦!
