炸大虾

图中这几只大虾下油锅之前蛮大的, 但沾油就缩手缩脚, 委曲求全了, 看来还是用根竹签串着炸才能让大虾感到不受委曲,呵呵...这是我昨晚的美餐, 做法很简单, 先将大虾剔肠刮肚, 然后洗净备用, 而后切一点姜丝和葱丝, 还有蒜末添入油锅中, 待闻到刺鼻的香味后加入大虾, 两面煎至焦黄时在撒些盐和黑胡椒等调味品, 再过片刻将大虾捞至盘中即可入口, 要是只怀着虾子的大虾, 那可就甭提多香了, 欢迎来料加工, 呵呵...
