西西里酥皮点心Cannoli

还记得我以前向大家介绍的百年老店吗? 该店做的Cannoli是非常流行的美国式意大利甜点, 即一种源于西西里的酥皮点心, Cannoli一词由拉丁文"canna"衍生而来.该甜点类似西式糕点中的蛋圈, 只不过其中添满了不同口味的奶酪而已, 吃起来甜而不腻, 松脆爽口, 奶酪入嘴即化, 在喝上一杯该老店用蒸汽加压鲜奶煮出的浓厚泡沫状的卡普契咖啡(Cappuccino), 原汤化原食, 意味深长(如图), 呵呵...
