即一种意大利米粒状的面食, 英文叫orzo, 一般的食品超市都可以买到, 做法与煮意大利面相同, 十分钟左右即可捞出锅做冷处理, 然后在随自己的口味添些蔬菜和肉类或海产品等就可以吃了, 上图是用香蒜醬拌匀后, 添了些香肠和鲜虾, 还有西兰花, 虽说看着有点象炒米饭, 但口感中完全没粒粒皆辛苦的味道, 呵呵...
