即昨天提到的Arepa, 这种源于南美委内瑞拉和哥仑比亚的家常粗饭, 被现代的拉美人给发扬光大了, 并已在纽约的街头集市上占有一席之地, 该玉米饼主要是用玉米面烘烤制成, 纽约街头卖的玉米饼, 其中间夹的Cheese是Mozzarella, 也就是意大利白乾酪, 看起来金玉其外，奶酪其中, 吃起来酥软滑嫩.
