法式开胃小菜田螺

前几天在在Whole Foods里看到海鲜摊上摆放着处理好的法国蝸牛, 但因家中无烤蝸牛的器皿, 所以就没买, 但今天傍晚去买菜时又看到了, 心想再不买, 过几天只能买冷冻的了, 于是买了半打儿.

晚饭烤的时候尽量将蝸牛的口朝天, 几分钟过后, hmmm...味道和在餐馆吃的差不多, 但稍微有点牙碜, 好在不是每个都咯牙哦, 看来值得买一套餐具备用, 不过夹子就免了, 可用睫毛夹替代, 呵呵...
