这是我在新的一年里学做的第一顿家常饭,没想到这么成功,呵呵。。。简单说:
我用鲜虾馅团成丸子 在泡了一夜的糯米中“滚雪球” 然后摆到盘中的白菜叶上 最后用锅大火蒸了20分钟,珍珠丸子就得了, 呵呵。。。

剥虾是比较麻烦,尤其是剔除虾的脊背和底下的"淤泥",在外面吃就不计较了,在家自己做再麻烦也要做.另外, 昨晚我有一样事没试成, 就是想用剩下的糯米碾碎后包元宵,还记得吗? 我以前曾用锅盖替代笸箩装满现成的糯米粉,并用果酱馅结果晃出一堆"面疙瘩",昨天剩糯米到是用擀面棍碾成面儿了, 但太干团不住,一加水多了,不好玩, 哈哈...
