上回说到汽锅鸡, 今天我是用雏鸡和香芋等做的, 味道鲜美. 珍珠丸子在上回的基础上添加了荸荠和韭黄等, 蒸好后, 我迫不及待的先尝了一口, 丸子中的马蹄好脆哦. 牛尾汤, 清淡爽口. 鱼香大虾 蒸螃蟹最省事, 呵呵... 年年有鱼, 我先将Red snapper炸得焦头烂额捞到盘中, 而后浇上事先准备好的用新鲜西红柿做成的调料, 吃起来外焦里嫩, 酸中带甜. 现在我要先去洗个澡, 然后还要包水饺, 三鲜馅已和好了, 呵呵...
