黄色海鲜饭

我在大马士革老城辛辣店铺买了几克伊朗产的Saffron, 晚上焖米饭时, 待水开后往米汤中捏了一小撮, 立竿见影, 锅中的米饭变黄了, 再配上鱼虾, 成了一锅香喷喷的黄色海鲜饭, 呵呵...我以前做西班牙海鲜饭时用的是西班牙产的Saffron.
