清蒸蟹肉丸子和煎土豆丝饼
前几天买盒蟹肉罐头, 原打算按照罐头盒上配方煎蟹饼, 但馅调好后, 临时起意放在蒸笼中清蒸, 味道鲜美, 呵呵...
另外, 前几天在外用餐觉得土豆丝饼香脆爽口, 于是自己尝试做了一回, 简单易做, 值得推广, 具体地说: 将头豆用带孔擦子搓成丝, 添加蒜末和盐搅拌均匀, 然后用个平底锅添加黄油和橄榄油, 待油热后, 将拌好的土豆丝入锅, 用铲子摊成饼, 箭成两面焦即可,吃起来香脆爽口.
